Selection of Comparison of Two Diagnostic Tests in the Statistics menu provides the Options dialog. Having selected the appropriate data columns and clicking OK, a paired comparison of the ROC curves of the two diagnostic tests is carried out, and the Results form is displayed:
The ROC curve areas for the two tests are displayed together with the difference with SE and 95%-confidence interval. An outprint of results and plot is available.
