Selection of Diagnostic Test Evaluation (Single Test) in the Statistics menu provides the Options dialog:
You may here select among Evaluation of Specificity/Sensitivity and ROC Curve. The former depends on the selection of a cut off point, for which various possibilities are available. The latter represents a plot of Sensitivity against (1-Specificity) over all possible cut off points.
